Several families are homeless after flames and an explosion tore through the Twin Garden complex on Fair Oaks Boulevard. The blaze hit a propane tank, which sent a huge ball of fire stories into the sky. Concern about the explosion had Fair Oaks between Garfield and El Camino shut-down for hours Wednesday night.
